Monica Schwartz was just great with the administrative component of the transaction. As I travel extensively with my line of work, Monica tracked me down and sent me the documents I needed, leveraging technology with their office I was able to receive documents digitally in real time. This was a huge time saver for all parties. Due to the time lines and legalities of the documents and myself being out of the city and province,  Lori and Jeremy’s team was able to get me the documentation I needed quickly, and efficiently.

This over all experience is one that I would encourage anyone looking to sell or acquire property. I truly appreciate the level of service, dedication and professionalism. I have heard of others looking to buy or sell a home with less than professional realtors or on their own and the stress, confusion and frustration around the stories.
